We’re glad to share that we’re now a few steps closer to the launch of the financial instruments Notes on Mintos. The first prospectuses for the Mintos-related special purpose vehicles have been approved, and are now published on the Latvian regulator’s platform.
As shared before, Notes are financial instruments issued by a special purpose entity within the Mintos group that acts as the issuer (named e.g. “Mintos Finance Nr. xx”). Each lending company or lending company group that offers investment opportunities on Mintos has/will have a separate special purpose entity for Notes issuance.
We will share more information soon, as we’re preparing for the launch of Notes in the upcoming weeks.
