Mintos je členem lotyšského systému pro odškodnění investorů zřízeného v souladu se směrnicí 97/9/ES. Systém zajišťuje ochranu investorů a poskytuje odškodnění v případě, že Mintos nebude schopen investorům vrátit finanční nástroje nebo prostředky. Maximální výše odškodnění, na kterou má investor v rámci systému nárok, je 90 % čisté ztráty až do výše 20 000 €.
